John Bonds and friend James Marcel of Ballston Spa take their shots. There will be some stories told when they play their home course of Pioneer Hills in Galway.

Jim Kanniski drove from Kingston to take his five shots at a free Cobra diver and a trip to Las Vegas but came in second to Scott Hoffman. After five shots each - the two long hitters were tied.  No one knocked them out of that firsdt place tei and mid afternoon, it came down to a playoff.  Kanniski went first and Hoffman had tied the match with one shot to go. Showing great form, Hoffman nailed his last shot down the center of the grid and into the trees - some 325 yeards plus to cinch the win. Kanniski plans to take what he learned from this competition to Pinnacle's other long drive contests.
